Good update. But you forgot to mention: O announced a dividend raise to $0.146125. It's a tiny raise but I'll take it!

LOL. Yes that is true. They raise it every quarter but I don't bother with those 6th place decimal places. They'll start getting back to real raises now that the payout ratio is back in the 80%-89% range where they want it.
Delete
