  2. Pulling, you should sell the Phillips 66 and move it over to more ERF. This would lower your average "in price" and increase your monthly dividend income. I can't foresee ERF further decreasing their payout if the company stays with its current vision of moving over to oil.

    1. I could do that but I'd spend $14 to sell $75 worth of PSX then buy ERF. I could always add in more for a larger purchase but am not sure yet if I want to start doing that. The plan is to get starter positions before adding on to existing. Of course if the valuation is good enough...

  3. Which different classes did you take with Investools? Were they worth it? Are they the best? Is their software and toolbox the best?
