  1. After looking for a good dividend stock the past week I've decided to purchase some O (Realty Income)stock. I've been following your blog for a while now and I just noticed you own O already. It looks like a solid one to me.

    1. I was specifically searching for a monthly dividend stock. Forgot to mention that.

    2. Its hard to go wrong for a solid monthly payer like O though I am obviously biased heh.
